Ian Duni, 48 years old, passed on January 25, 2025. He was born in Los Banos, California, on September 29, 1976, the son of Ronnie and Thais Duni.

Ian wore his heart on his sleeve. He will be remembered by many for his contagious smile and passion for life.

A loving father and husband, Ian is survived by his wife, Lucy, and three sons, Luke, Sam and Zac, his mother, Thais, and four sisters, Rachelle, Raissa, Talia and Kaitlin, and twelve nieces and nephews. Ian was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie.

He was raised in Los Banos, where he attended Our Lady of Fatima School and Los Banos High School. He graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, in 1998 with a degree in Ag Business. Ian married Lucy Nelson in the fall of 2000. The couple lived in San Luis Obispo, later moving to Chicago, Illinois, where Ian started a property management business with his good friends. Ian and his business partners worked tirelessly to grow their business venture into what is today Westward360, one of the leading property management companies in the country with 450 employees. Ian and Lucy returned to California in 2010 to the Village of Arroyo Grande to raise their family.

Ian was a devoted 49-ers and SF Giants fan. He loved all types of hunting, especially ducks. In his free time, Ian loved being outside in nature, golfing and blasting country music.

A celebration of Ian's life will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Los Banos, California. The Eulogy will begin at 10:15 AM and Mass at 10:30 AM.
